About the role

As a Global Supply Capability Manager, you will be part of the Global Capabilities Team driving the evolution of supply planning processes and technology globally. Acting as a bridge between business and IT, you will own product functionality, manage system backlog, and lead process design and improvement initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, ensuring global consistency and best practices across supply planning. You will collaborate with regional teams, deliver training, and support continuous improvement to maximize the value of Reckitt’s planning systems worldwide. 

Your responsibilities

  • Act as Product Owner for supply planning systems (Kinaxis Maestro), managing backlog and prioritizing enhancements.
  • Own process documentation and ensure alignment with global standards for supply planning.
  • Lead process design, mapping, and improvement initiatives (using methodologies like SIPOC, process diagrams, Visio, Celonis).
  • Support onboarding and capability building for regional COE teams through training and coaching.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to test new functionalities and ensure correct implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization across global markets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Quality,  Supply Chain) to deliver system and process improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for stakeholders; participate in global governance forums.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot minor configuration issues. 

The experience we're looking for

  • 5–6 years of experience in supply planning or related areas (e.g., Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, Material Planning).
  • Strong understanding of supply planning processes and global operations.
  • Experience with planning systems (Kinaxis preferred; O9, Blue Yonder, SAP APO/S4 also considered).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to connect data insights with process improvements.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with process design tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work in a global, hybrid environment.
  • Fluent English – C1 level
