About the role

As a Global Supply Capability Manager, you will be part of the Global Capabilities Team driving the evolution of supply planning processes and technology globally. Acting as a bridge between business and IT, you will own product functionality, manage system backlog, and lead process design and improvement initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, ensuring global consistency and best practices across supply planning. You will collaborate with regional teams, deliver training, and support continuous improvement to maximize the value of Reckitt’s planning systems worldwide.

Your responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for factory planning systems (Kinaxis Maestro, PlanetTogether, Enterprise Scheduling), managing the backlog and prioritizing system enhancements.
• Define functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams to test and implement new functionalities.
• Lead design, mapping, and continuous improvement of supply planning processes using tools such as SIPOC, Visio, and Celonis.
• Own and maintain process documentation, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (IT, Quality, Supply Chain) to drive system and process improvements across markets.
• Support capability building for regional COE teams through training, knowledge sharing, and participation in global governance forums.

The experience we're looking for

• 5–6 years of experience in factory planning or related areas (e.g., Supply Planning, Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Material Planning).
• Strong understanding of supply planning processes within a manufacturing or global operations environment.
• Experience working with planning systems (Kinaxis preferred; o9, Blue Yonder, or SAP APO/S/4 also relevant).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into process improvements.
• Familiarity with process design and mapping tools or methodologies (e.g., Visio, SIPOC, process mapping).
• Fluent English (C1) and ability to work effectively in a global, hybrid environment.
