About the role
About The Role
As a Talent Analyst at Reckitt, you’ll provide analytical support to bring together data and our talent strategy. You’ll
work on talent programs and projects to enable our global processes and build our future talent pipeline. This role calls
for an analytical thinker who can connect the dots between data and talent development, and someone who is great
with organization and planning to ensure that programs run to plan.
Your responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to uncover insights and assess our progress against key talent metrics.
- Create and maintain various talent reports to evaluate the progress of talent strategies and processes
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of central talent data, collaborating with market stakeholders.
- Administer and coordinate talent programs, contributing to training initiatives and employee development
- Own key distribution lists for senior populations and maintain them to a high level of accuracy, managing
- relationships with key users
- Support the wider Talent Centre of Excellence team in delivering Talent, Performance and Succession Planning
- processes, reviewing insights from Employee Engagement survey, tracking completion and preparing key presentation material
- Coordinate the people planning process with relevant stakeholders
- Help consolidate people planning insights to identify global trends
- Coordinate the global annual calendar for Talent and Performance, ensuring that this is aligned with the Global HR calendar
- Support in communication and coordination of training plans for wider HR community and line managers
The experience we're looking for
- Proven experience in consultancy or HR with a strong analytical background.
- Ability to solve problems logically and methodically.
- Experience working on HR projects and events.
- Creative thinking paired with practical problem-solving skills and actionable communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence and build relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to effectively present data insights.
