About the role
We’re currently looking for a motivated individual to join our payroll & benefits team! The indeal candidate should have a strong command of both Polish and English.
Experience is not essential, but willingness to learn and grow within the field of payroll & benefits is key.
Your responsibilities
• Support in preparing inputs to payroll;
• Administration of benefits such as: cafeteria platform, medical care, sports cards, life insurance;
• Support in the processing of contracts with benefit providers (by collecting signatures);
• Review of articles about benefits on the internal platform and their update; preparation and sending of communication about benefits to new employees;
• Support in the preparation of monthly reports and statements for the financial department, e.g. preparation of specifications for invoices for benefits;
• Providing crucial support to HR GPS Payroll & Benefits Poland Lead; acting as backup.
The experience we're looking for
• Eager to start a career in payroll & benefits,
• Have great communication skills in Polish and English,
• Ready to take on a dynamic and growing role within our GPS Team in Poland,
• Open for signing a contract till the end of 2025.
