​Human Resources​

As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team in a variety of tasks and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Assisting in the coordination and implementation of HR projects and initiatives focused on employee engagement and organizational development.
  • Supporting the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Helping to facilitate and coordinate employee resource groups and their activities to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Preparing materials and presentations for employee meetings, internal communications, and training sessions.
  • Providing administrative support in maintaining employee documentation and HR databases.
  • Managing employee inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and timely responses.
  • Supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations and internal communication efforts.
  • Assisting in organizing HR events, workshops, and learning sessions.
  • Collaborating on various HR-related projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiative

The experience we're looking for

•    Bachelor’s degree highly desired
•    Advanced English and Polish is a must
•    Payroll and personal administration experience will be an advantage
•    Analytical skills
•    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications (especially MS Excel)
•    Key project management experience
•    Proven ability to maintain absolute confidentiality with a high degree of diplomacy
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Ownership and can-do attitude
