About the role
As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team in a variety of tasks and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and ensuring smooth HR operations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented, eager to learn HR Intern to join our HR team, with the main focus areas on: data analytics, policy updates and administrative tasks. We are currently looking for candidates who are available to work 40 hrs per week, with three days based in the office. Your responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and support data analysis (e.g. holiday accruals).
• Provide administrative support with employee documentation and HR databases.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives related to HR data management.
• Respond to employee queries with professionalism, empathy and timely manner.
• Support data preparation for audits, compliance, and internal reviews.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding administration.
• Provide reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
• Support HR team in other daily operations, topics, ongoing projects and processes improvements.
The experience we're looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Polish (both required)
- Interest in HR and data analytics.
- Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas), analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discreet, reliable, and collaborative team player.
- Ownership mindset and proactive, can-do attitude
