About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Operations Lead to oversee and drive HR operational excellence across our Commercial Europe team. This role will lead HR professionals’ analysts across various markets, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and continuous improvement in HR processes. The role will bring strong leadership, a passion for operational excellence, and the ability to prioritize and synchronize efforts across a diverse and fast-paced region. 

Your responsibilities


•    Lead, coach, and develop a HR operations team across multiple European countries.
•    Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•    Drive standardization and optimization of HR Operations processes across markets.
•    Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Reckitt policies.
•    Monitor and improve key HR operational metrics (data accuracy).
•    Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Directors and Centres of Excellence to align operational activities with business priorities.
•    Act as a key liaison between local HR teams and regional/global HR functions.
•    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
•    Ensure synchronization of HR operations across markets, leveraging best practices and shared services where applicable.
•    Lead or support regional HR projects, including system implementations, policy harmonization, and change management initiatives.

The experience we're looking for


•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•    4+ years of progressive HR experience
•    Proven experience managing HR operations in a multi-country European context as a benefit.
•    Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
•    Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive process improvements.
•    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•    Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
