About the role

As an HR executive for the HR Shared Services team, you will provide comprehensive transactional and query management support for Hire to retire processes. 

Your responsibilities


•    Works as part of an experience squad aligned to ‘Hire to Retire’ services for Poland and other European large markets.
•    Provides HR services, such as handling queries and providing first-line advice and guidance. Executes data transactions or system transactions where these cannot be performed by self-service or automation.
•    Interact with other subject matter experts (e.g. BHR, CoE, factory HR etc.) and internal teams (e.g. solutions team) to identify the best solutions for employee queries.
•    Prioritise cases and conduct continuous follow ups/ check-ins to ensure case closure. 
•    Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery. 
•    Gain cross disciplinary HR knowledge to deliver end to end ownership of customer experiences. 
•    Raise continuous improvement opportunities.

The experience we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in HR Shared Services.
  • HR qualification or related degree.
  • Excellent Microsoft applications knowledge (Excel; Word; PowerPoint).
  • Fluent Polish and English (and German / Italian / Spanish / Hungarian / French).
  • Conversant in Success Factors, Service Now will be beneficial.
  • Able to manage transactions with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders is essential for this role.
  • A strong knowledge of HR best practices in Shared Services environment.
  • Basic change management skills to deliver new processes into Shared Services.  
  • Attention to details.
