About the role:

You’ll be responsible for managing the overall connected planning process with Essential Home Business unit with ownership of the E2E planning process managing both long term capacity planning and mid to short term planning processes. You will also be responsible for managing our External Manufacturing planning processes and performance management of EMOs. You will have responsibility for enhancing and establishing centralised demand management processes to support our regions drive better IBP processes and forecast accuracy performance.

Your responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of the management of mid to long term capacity planning across our manufacturing network.
  • Mid to short term production allocation in constrained supply environments.
  • Developing and deploying inventory safety stock strategies across the Essential Home network.
  • Developing processes and action plans in collaboration with markets and factories to optimize SLOB and overall inventory levels.
  • Building collaborative relationships with our EMO partners to ensure optimal service levels and inventory levels on our EMO portfolio.
  • Expert user of various demand & supply planning systems & data sources.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers via the maintenance of a high Pack Fill Rate while ensuring we are holding optimal inventory.
  • Deliver against business Net Working Capital targets and Commercial Fixed Costs targets through the development and execution of inventory improvement plans.
  • Minimize business risks of Supply Chain Losses by ensuring robust Inventory Health and SLOB management process.
  • Build and Maintain Strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Build a strong planning team which will feed as a talent pipeline to the wider supply organization.

 

The experience we are looking for:

  • Advanced Forecasting & Supply Chain Planning Excellence.
  • Intermediate Customer Service Excellence.
  • Intermediate understanding of logistics excellence specifically on inbound logistics.
  • Intermediate Leadership Skills with ability to motivate and inspire a large team.
  • Advanced Analytical skills and ability to source and interpret data from multiple sources.
  • Intermediate Financial and Advanced Commercial Acumen.
  • Intermediate ability to work with ambiguity and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 5 Years experience in a supply chain role with experience in leading/running a company planning process.
  • Minimum of 2 Years experience in a line management role.
