Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

Head of Sales Channel is responsible for managing whole sales process within assigned channel, setup financial, & 4P targets, making the first contact, preparing presentations, negotiating contracts with customers. The person in this position is responsible for in market execution, performance and financial result of assigned sales channel.

Your responsibilities

•    Continuous development of the business and sales within assigned sales channel: planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling all functions.
•    Developing and meeting financial targets as per Total Market financial plan.
•    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
•    Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
•    Cocreation of sales plans within assigned sales channel to implement the company's market strategy.
•    Coordination of the work of the subordinate sales team in assigned channel.

The experience we're looking for

•    Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
•    Professional experience in managing the entire pharma team including the medical team
•    Experience in team management and developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•    Fluent English.
•    Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
•    Ability to create short-term and long-term sales strategies.
