You will...
- Manage the Cyber Security Identity & Access Management function (comprised of Reckitt and Managed Service Partner resournces) to support enhanced IAM and PAM governance.
- Be responsible for the provisioning of IAM and PAM Services services in line with Reckitt’s standards and policies;
- Evolve the IAM and PAM capabilities from a people, process and technology standpoint.
- Support IAM and PAM governance processes to identify and manage risk across RB’s technical estate and critical applications across a hybrid multi cloud environment.
- Continually identify, assess and act upon IAM related risks and user experience challenges
- On-board business critical applications onto the IAM platform
- Stabilise and expand privileged access management
- Operationalise IAM processes such as recertification and reconciliation
- Provide regular reports to the IAM director and business stakeholders on the effectiveness of IAM and PAM controls and services.
- Support the broader Cyber Security team in maintaining acceptable risk levels in relation to IAM and PAM controls;
You will succeed if You have...
- 3 years of IAM and PAM experience in large enterprises leading operational/technical management and supporting strategic development activities including:
- Execute governance processes such as User Access and Attestation Reviews
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of IAM metrics
- Provide specialist advice across authentication/authorization/federation/SSO and directory services/structure for IAM and PAM in RB
- Build and develop a cross-functional team for end-user support, IAM requirements gatherings, certifications, RBAC, quality control and Auditing & Reporting
- Experience of implementing solutions in IAM application space that leverage latest identity frameworks such as OAuth, SAML, FIDO and OpenID
- Experience in supporting the design and implementation, and leading operation of, IAM and PAM capabilities in a hybrid multi cloud ecosystem that also includes critical SaaS applications
- Strong understanding of SAP systems, SAP GRC and related access management technologies and processes
- Experience of IAM controls, compliance and regulatory requirements, Preferably including SoX and GxP/GAMP
- Team management and leadership skills in a complex organisation and ability to build strong business relationships and establish trust, credibility and capability rapidly
- Significant experience in working with and leading external suppliers and Managed Service Partners in the delivery of IAM and PAM change and Operations.
- Great understanding of risk management processes and procedures and ability to balance the needs of security and user experience
- Collaborate with business partners to interpret and implement IAM and PAM policies to support business needs
- Act as an SME for cross-functional projects that require IAM and PAM support and guidance.
- Lead projects within the IAM and PAM operations team to continuous improve service and controls.
- Strong management, analytical, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) are required;
- Strong proficiency in English;
