About the role

Reckitt is seeking a highly organized and proactive Analyst to join our global organization and boost our change momentum. You will work closely with senior leaders, product teams, finance partners, and global stakeholders to ensure strategic priorities are effectively planned, tracked, communicated, and delivered. Your responsibilities

  • Ensure Marketing operating model runs effectively (leadership meetings, governance forums, planning cycles). 
  • Maintain alignment between strategy, roadmap, and delivery. 
  • Coordinating initiatives across teams and stakeholders. 
  • Prepare leadership materials, updates, and briefings. 
  • Follow up on decisions, actions, and commitments from leadership meetings. 
  • Track execution of strategic priorities and initiatives across teams. 
  • Track delivery progress across initiatives or programs. 
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking. 
  • Monitor investment portfolio or project spend. 
  • Work with finance to ensure financial discipline and reporting. 

The experience we're looking for

  • 2–3 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, PMO, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Digital, IT, or similar operational roles.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Understanding of Agile ceremonies, delivery governance, and cross-team coordination.
  • Experience supporting governance, planning, reporting, or portfolio management activities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing presentations and communications for leadership audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.

Nice to have:

    • Exposure to portfolio governance, budgeting, or financial tracking processes.
    • Experience working with:
      • LeanIX
      • Azure DevOps
      • ServiceNow
      • Microsoft Power BI
    • Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
    • Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology programs.
    • Experience working within large global organizations.
