About the role

Your responsibilities
- Ensure Marketing operating model runs effectively (leadership meetings, governance forums, planning cycles).
- Maintain alignment between strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
- Coordinating initiatives across teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare leadership materials, updates, and briefings.
- Follow up on decisions, actions, and commitments from leadership meetings.
- Track execution of strategic priorities and initiatives across teams.
- Track delivery progress across initiatives or programs.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Monitor investment portfolio or project spend.
- Work with finance to ensure financial discipline and reporting.
The experience we're looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, PMO, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Digital, IT, or similar operational roles.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Scaled Agile frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile ceremonies, delivery governance, and cross-team coordination.
- Experience supporting governance, planning, reporting, or portfolio management activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience preparing presentations and communications for leadership audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
