About the role

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the Turbo Global Template is deployed effectively and that the business is prepared and ready for the transformation.
• Actively supporting Business Change Assessment activities including enabling the SUs to deliver the E2E walkthrough.
• Supporting change management in the market – ensuring the market makes the necessary change management activities to ensure a successful go live
• Providing support to BPO with localisation including documenting local solution
• Drive UAT scoping, preparation and execution
• Ensure that each solution aligns to the business requirements (documented via User Requirements specification) but at the same time ensures that any business needs driving a requirement for customisation are strongly challenged and options for process redesign are considered. Where customisations are needed the justification is documented and endorsement by the central BPO.
• Drives delivery of specific master data elements and simplification and standardisation of those data.
• Supports the Local Management (local project owners and super users) in achieving their implementation objectives
• Participates in the definition, execution and approval of system testing from a business perspective.
• Works closely with the Central BPO in the resolution/review of issues, risks and business impacts for the owned process.
• Proactively and on on-going basis identifies internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the standard end-to-end process
• In agreement with the Central BPO, defines measures to be used to gauge process adherence in live sites.
• Facilitates Hypercare and Anchoring activities on site post Go Live

The experience we're looking for

• Excellent SAP knowledge in relevant area
• Project experience (preferably implementation of SAP)
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA desirable but not essential
• Six Sigma / PRINCE methodology certifications would be added advantage
• Previous operational experience; 5-10yrs in relevant roles, ideally with international experience
• Excellent communication skills (fluent English is a must), organisational ability and strong presentation skills
• Experience of managing stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
• Ability to influence individuals outside own reporting lines.
• Determined and resilient to identify resolutions to issues within own span of control.
• Calm under pressure, action orientated, organised and disciplined.
• Able to easily interface and collaborate with a diverse group of individuals – having a “can-do” approach and style of operation
