About the role

As Data Product Owner – Supplier Domain, you will play a critical role in shaping Reckitt’s enterprise data landscape and enabling data-driven business transformation.
This role combines strategic ownership, stakeholder leadership, and enterprise data management expertise. You will own the Supplier data domain, define its roadmap and priorities, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality data products that support critical business initiatives across Reckitt.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and senior IT&D leadership to ensure data is trusted, reusable, governed, and aligned to enterprise strategy.

Your responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supplier data domain.
• Own and govern enterprise data products supporting Supplier and Procurement business capabilities.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders across Procurement, Supply, Sustainability, and related functions to define priorities and shape data transformation initiatives.
• Act as the key decision-maker for domain architecture, data standards, and data product evolution.
• Drive scalable and reusable enterprise data solutions aligned with FAIR data principles.
• Lead and oversee agile delivery squads responsible for domain-related data products and capabilities.
• Ensure strong alignment between business priorities, delivery roadmaps, and enterprise data strategy.
• Establish and maintain high standards for data governance, metadata, lineage, data quality, and data ownership.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and architecture teams to support scalable and interoperable solutions.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across complex global environments.
• Support transformation programmes and contribute to solution design, prioritisation, and roadmap planning.
• Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement, and business value creation.

The experience we're looking for

• Experience working as a Data Product Owner, Data Product Manager, or similar role within enterprise data and analytics environments.
• Strong understanding of Supplier, Procurement, or Supply-related data domains and business processes.
• Experience working within FMCG/CPG, retail, manufacturing, or similarly complex global organisations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively across matrix organisations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management, governance, and FAIR data principles.
• Experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of enterprise systems such as SAP, JDE, Kinaxis, SAP APO, or Anaplan is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks including DAMA / DMBOK principles.
• Experience leading agile teams and managing delivery roadmaps, prioritisation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Basic SQL understanding and familiarity with enterprise data architecture concepts.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving capabilities.
