Empower the Future of Work with Intelligent Automation & Next‑Gen AI
Step into a pivotal leadership role at Vestacy’s Global Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence, where Human-centric Automation meets the transformative potential of Generative AI. We’re looking for a GenAI & Automation Lead (Senior Manager) who can unite process excellence, intelligent automation, and emerging AI capabilities to create seamless, AI‑powered workflows that elevate business performance at scale.

Your responsibilities
Lead & Inspire
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team specialising in process automation, GenAI solutions, and workflow optimisation.
- Foster a vibrant community of AI and automation practitioners, encouraging continuous learning and innovation.
Shape the Strategic AI & Automation Agenda
- Define and drive the enterprise strategy for intelligent automation and Generative AI adoption across business functions.
- Serve as the organisation’s thought leader on AI, advocating responsible, scalable, and business-value–driven use cases.
Deliver Impact Through Seamless User Experiences
- Design and implement end‑to‑end automation solutions that integrate GenAI into business workflows for intuitive, frictionless user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to transform business processes using AI-enhanced automation, ensuring measurable value creation.
Build Partnerships & Drive Change
- Establish trusted partnerships with business units to identify opportunities, shape demand, and embed AI and automation in frontline operations.
- Drive change management and promote business literacy around AI and automated workflows.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee governance, standards, and best practices for automation, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable deployment.
- Maintain awareness of emerging trends in GenAI, automation, and workflow technologies—bringing forward solutions that strengthen our competitive advantage.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven experience leading teams in automation, process optimisation, RPA, or similar process-focused domains.
- Knowledge and hands-on exposure to Generative AI or strong interest with demonstrated ability to learn and scale new AI technologies.
- A track record of designing or implementing automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate business problems into elegant, AI-enabled workflow solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and drive cross‑functional alignment.
- Experience building and executing strategic transformation programmes.
- Exceptional communication abilities—able to simplify complex concepts and inspire action.
