About the role

Want to start your career in IT&D and data analytics? Join us for a 12-month internship as our IT&D Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting data analytics activities across the Eastern Europe region while assisting with IT administrative and operational processes.

You will work closely with regional stakeholders and Global IT teams to maintain, improve, and develop reporting solutions that support business decision-making. In addition, you will assist with key IT coordination tasks such as vendor coordination and tracking of IT-related costs and services.

This role offers the opportunity to develop both technical and business understanding, while contributing to projects that enhance data visibility, operational efficiency, and IT service management.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Own and manage the data analytics and reporting landscape for the Eastern Europe region. 
  • Support the maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of business intelligence solutions to ensure reliable and efficient reporting. 
  • Collaborate with Global Data Analytics teams to standardize, optimize, and continuously improve reporting processes. 
  • Engage closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into clear analytical and technical specifications. 
  • Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues, coordinating with cross‑functional teams when needed to ensure resolution. 
  • Create and maintain documentation to promote transparency, consistency, and effective knowledge sharing. 
  • Support IT administrative and operational activities across the region.  
  • Contribute to the governance and maintenance of the regional IT application portfolio, supporting transparency and portfolio optimization. 
  • Drive regional IT communication and engagement initiatives to increase awareness of digital capabilities, new solutions, and best practices. 
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by developing and enhancing automation and workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency. 
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT services such as mobile, fixed telephony, and fax services.  
  • Assist with invoice verification and cost tracking to ensure accuracy and proper traceability of IT-related expenses. 

The experience we're looking for

  • Curiosity and a willingness to solve problems, combined with an interest in working with data and turning insights into recommendations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
  • A structured and independent approach to work, demonstrating initiative and ownership in delivering results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with data analytics, visualization, and automation tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, SQL, or similar is considered an advantage.
  • A degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
