About the role
The IT&D Manager, Media Ops & AdTech is accountable for driving analysis, delivery, and continuous improvement of Media Operations and AdTech capabilities that support AMS and non‑AMS markets. The role exists to translate strategic direction into scalable execution, while progressively taking ownership of stakeholders, team leadership, and operational outcomes.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Media Ops and AdTech initiatives, translating business and media activation needs into scalable solutions aligned with global standards.
- Drive automation and GenAI-enabled improvements that simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and support responsible AI practices.
- Manage end-to-end delivery across internal and vendor teams, including backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, releases, and market adoption.
- Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and operational challenges, providing clear recommendations and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with AMS, Global Media, and market stakeholders through effective communication and reliable delivery.
- Lead and develop a small team, coaching colleagues on problem-solving, delivery excellence, and stakeholder management.
- Take increasing ownership of delivery outcomes, stakeholder partnerships, and broader operational responsibilities over time.
The experience we're looking for
- Experience delivering product, platform, or operational capabilities in AdTech, Media Ops, or MarTech environments.
- Strong analytical skills applied to complex operational processes.
- Experience supporting automation and/or GenAI‑enabled solutions in production contexts.
- Comfort working across both in‑house and agency‑led execution models.
- Growing confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
- A pragmatic mindset, resilience under pressure, and a bias for progress over perfection.
