About the role

The IT&D Manager – Adoption, Creative Tech & Content is responsible for driving adoption, engagement, and value realization across Creative Tech & Content products and solutions. The role sits between technology and business teams, acting as a bridge between product managers, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure solutions are effectively adopted and deliver measurable business value. This is a global individual contributor role working across multiple markets, functions, and stakeholder groups within the Creative Tech & Content organisation. 

Your responsibilities

•    Drive adoption and value realization initiatives for Creative Tech & Content products and platforms. 
•    Partner with product teams, business stakeholders, and users to define and execute adoption strategies aligned to business priorities and product roadmaps. 
•    Engage and manage relationships with core users, super users, and stakeholder communities to gather feedback and improve user experience and product effectiveness. 
•    Work closely with Product Managers and Marketing Excellence stakeholders to prioritize roadmap initiatives and translate business needs into adoption plans. 
•    Define and track adoption success measures, ensuring solutions deliver clear benefits versus current ways of working. 
•    Identify adoption barriers, risks, and improvement opportunities, and coordinate actions to resolve blockers. 
•    Facilitate regular stakeholder and super user engagement cadences to support change management and continuous improvement. 
•    Support deployment roadmap planning with a benefits-led approach to maximise business impact. 
•    Operate effectively in an evolving environment where frameworks and adoption approaches continue to mature and develop.

The experience we're looking for

•    Experience working in IT&D, digital product, business analysis, product adoption, change management, or related functions. 
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams. 
•    Experience working with cross-functional global teams and multiple stakeholder groups. 
•    Structured and process-oriented mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities. 
•    Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and demonstrate high ownership and agility. 

Preferred:
•    Experience in product management, business analysis, or product-led adoption initiatives. 
•    Exposure to Creative Tech, Content, Media, Marketing Technology, or related digital ecosystems. 
•    Experience driving user adoption, engagement, or value realization for digital products or platforms. 
•    Experience within FMCG / CPG environments preferred.
