About the role

We're searching for a forward-thinking IT&D Manager I&A Category Growth to join Reckitt's IT & Digital team — a team acknowledged for keeping us interconnected in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Your role will encompass creating cutting-edge end-to-end solutions and strategising closely with business and IT stakeholders. Your responsibilities

• Lead the Category Growth capability, defining its strategy, roadmap, and delivery to maximize business value.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to align priorities and shape the future direction of the capability.
• Own the Category Growth portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and user needs.
• Drive the delivery of AI-powered solutions in collaboration with Engineering, Data, UX, and Adoption teams.
• Champion product adoption and value realization across global markets through continuous improvement.
• Monitor portfolio performance, adoption, and business outcomes using KPIs and user insights.
• Drive innovation by leveraging AI, GenAI, and emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities.
• Build strong partnerships across business and technology to influence strategic decisions.
• Establish best practices in product management, Agile delivery, and governance.
• Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.

The experience we're looking for

• Strong experience leading digital products, platforms, or business capabilities in data, analytics, AI, or digital environments.
• Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmap, and priorities for complex digital products or portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience delivering AI, GenAI, data, or analytics solutions from concept through adoption.
• Experience in Marketing, Insights, Analytics, or Category Growth is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
