About the role

The IT Manager - Commercial offers an exciting opportunity to push boundaries and have a big impact by supporting one of the most critical markets within Reckitt.  The incumbent will work across all business units within the Northern European Market and will be a key contributor to unlock the full potential of our digital investments.  
 
 

Your responsibilities

  • Realise the value from our global IT&D services, products and programmes 
  • Create competitive advantage with our customers, consumers and external partners from IT&D capabilities 
  • Create symbiotic business partnering with key functional leaders in the market 
  • Drive the reduction of local IT solution footprint 
  • Ensure tight budget management and control 
  • Close interaction with IT&D area product leads for both value realisation, change mgt and road map definition 
  • Monitor value realisation from IT&D capabilities 
  • Provide stage gate oversight and sign-off (business case, gap analysis, go live, TTS) of all IT&D approved projects 
  • Develop process flows, and use cases to maximise simplification and value 
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. 
  • Handle business conflicts and negotiate solutions to maintain smooth operations. 
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of services / products against agreed targets, conducting regular service reviews and providing reports to senior management. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.   

The experience we're looking for

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between the business and its customers, and to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Ability to think strategically and anticipate changes affecting the business environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly. 
  • A good understanding of IT services and how they align with business needs. 
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.  
  • Exposure to IT portfolio management.  
  • Degree in an analytical discipline 
  • Flexible mindset with good capacity to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change 
  • Experience in Agile / SAFe methodologies would be an advantage
