About the role

The IT&D Senior Analyst, Cyber Human & Agentic Threat supports the delivery of capabilities and programmes designed to reduce cyber risks associated with human behaviour, data handling, and emerging AI technologies. Working closely with Cyber Security, Data Privacy, IT&D and business stakeholders, the role contributes to the protection of organisational data, the mitigation of insider risks, and the promotion of secure behaviours across the enterprise.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of Cyber Human & Agentic Threat initiatives and programmes across the organisation. 
  • Contribute to security awareness, training, and behavioural change activities that strengthen cyber resilience. 
  • Assist in the execution, monitoring, and analysis of phishing simulations and related reporting. 
  • Support insider risk management processes, monitoring activities, and investigations. 
  • Contribute to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) operations, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement activities to help safeguard sensitive information. 
  • Support the identification and assessment of human and behavioural cyber risks through analysis of security and operational data. 
  • Support the governance, monitoring and oversight of AI agents and emerging AI-related risks, ensuring alignment with organisational security and compliance requirements. 
  • Analyse behavioural, operational, and security data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, metrics, and insights for stakeholders. 
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security processes, controls, and procedures. 
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security, Privacy, Compliance, and business teams to strengthen organisational security posture. 

The experience we're looking for

  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organisation.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and business functions.  
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.  
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams within a complex enterprise environment.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Experience in analysing data, reporting on trends, and communicating insights to stakeholders.  
  • Experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Data Privacy, Risk Management, Data Protection, or a related field or willingness to develop in Cyber Security area. 

 

Nice to have:  

  • Experience in supporting security awareness, behavioural security, insider risk, DLP, or cybersecurity programmes.  
  • Familiarity with security and compliance technologies, including Microsoft security platforms.  
  • Experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Data Privacy, Risk Management, Data Protection, or a related field.
