About the role

This position is accountable for: 

  • Educating, Training Reckitt employees using internal and/or external resources 
  • Supporting the Digital Workplace Manager – ACM to drive the adoption/engagement of existing and new capabilities (including AI tools adoption) and stakeholder management aspects of the Global Platforms, IT Operations and Enterprise Architecture initiative.  
  • Coordinating activity across multiple workstreams to understand the requirements building a cohesive and consolidated plan and ensuring content is produced and disseminated accordingly.  
  • Promoting the Global Platforms, IT Operations and Enterprise Architecture ways of working/vision across Reckitt 

Your responsibilities

  • Understanding stakeholder landscape and requirements 
  • Supporting the execution of digital adoption programs that involve changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, organisation structures, ways of working supported by internal AI tools 
  • Building comprehensive and cohesive adoption and engagement approach considering a number of vehicles to optimise the messages that are required to be sent 
  • Ensuring relevant content is created with relevant leads and internal comms aligned branding. 
  • Analysing change requests, assess change impact, identify business needs, and document requirements 
  • Seeking regular feedback of effectiveness of activities and seek to address continual improvement. 
  • Applying a structured methodology and assist change management activities such as communication, training, resistance management, and change evaluation. 
  • Creating and Supporting the Community of Practices 
  • Creating a consistent Training program 
  • Measuring the ROI of digital adoption initiatives 
  • Responsible for all Global Platforms, IT Operations and Enterprise Architecture communication & channels moderation  
  • Drafting and publishing communications for Global Platforms, IT Operations and Enterprise Architecture Senior stakeholder, and Reckitt Internal comms team review. 
  • Producing internal content as necessary (e.g. newsletters/ SharePoint, weekly updates, feeds, video tutorials, video promotion) 

The experience we're looking for

  • IT Adoption, Office365 experience, practical and successful AI tool internal adoption 
  • Change Management Process 
  • Solid IT delivery background – ideally with understanding of different technologies 
  • PROSCI / APMG CM methodology 
  • Experience in web design and content production particularly SharePoint (Desirable) 
  • Proven experience as adoption and engagement specialist 
  • Experience in copywriting and editing. 
  • Working knowledge of MS 365 and co-related Apps: MS Teams, Workplace by Meta, Sharepoint, Forms, Planner.  
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills 
  • Highly proficient command of English
