About the role

We're on the search for a forward-thinking IT & D Senior Business Analyst who is also a Scrum Master, eager to make a real difference in our agile teams. Your responsibilities

You will...

• Remove of impediments/obstacles faced by Product Team
• Implement increments that satisfy product requirements
• Maintain metrics, dashboards and reports that measure sprint progress and team productivity
• Organise and facilitate of Agile ceremonies and daily team communications
• Manage risk through issue escalation and resolution
• Collaborate with Product Managers to find effective backlog management techniques, practice Agile principles and understand product planning in an empirical environment
• Liaise with the business community and stakeholders (e.g., SMEs) to help them understand and adopt Agile practices
• Coordinate with Product Team members (e.g., Product Manager, BAs) on requirements for product delivery
• Oversee relationships with selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support services

The experience we're looking for

You'll succeed if You have...

• Strong understanding of the product/software delivery lifecycle
• You have proficiency and strong understanding of the latest thinking around Agile best practices
• Experience in cross-functional, diverse teams to achieve results
• Experience of applying relevant Agile frameworks and methodologies, e.g., Scrum, XP
• Basic understanding of test automation concepts and methods
• Experience with software delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP)
• Servant Leader focussing on developing team collaboration, trust and empathy
• Able to bring together diverse & inclusive teams
• Problem spotter and resolver
• Open to and provides constructive feedback
• Adaptable to changing demands and issues
