About the role

The Senior Analyst Adoption, Media & Adtech is accountable for driving adoption, market buy‑in, and realised value of Reckitt’s Media Measurement and Media Ops & AdTech capabilities. The role exists to ensure capabilities are understood, trusted, and embedded in markets through compelling storytelling, high‑quality enablement, and confident stakeholder engagement. 

Your responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of new Media Measurement and Media Ops & AdTech capabilities across markets and AMS teams, ensuring teams understand what’s available, how to use it, and the value it delivers.
  • Partner with Product Managers to align adoption activities with product roadmaps, releases, and business priorities.
  • Create engaging training and adoption materials, including clear guides and executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
  • Monitor adoption and usage trends, identify gaps or risks, and recommend actions to improve consistency and impact across markets.
  • Support adoption of GenAI-enabled solutions by building user understanding, trust, and responsible usage practices.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, AMS, Global Media, and market teams while confidently influencing stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
  • Take increasing ownership and contribute as a proactive partner with growth potential into a future Manager role.

The experience we're looking for

  • Senior Business Analyst, Adoption, or Enablement experience in data‑, analytics‑, or technology‑led environments.  
  • Strong ability to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives.  
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills.  
  • Experience supporting global or multi‑market adoption.  
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.  
  • Comfort challenging constructively in service of better outcomes.  
  • A pragmatic mindset, resilience under pressure, and a bias for progress over perfection.
