About the role

The business analyst will be a key driver in helping enable healthier planet Choices through data driven decision making. You will help us by discovering information hidden in vast amounts of data, structured and unstructured, to enable smarter decisions and better products for all our consumers and customers worldwide. This will ultimately support developing a sustainability tech ecosystem, supporting reporting capabilities and other more predictive/prescriptive analytics tools in the future.

Your responsibilities

•    Translate business needs into clear data, functional and technical requirements, working with business stakeholders, data owners and technical teams. 
•    Lead data and solution discovery, analyzing data sources, structures, quality, relationships and gaps to determine how they can support business needs. 
•    Work hands-on with complex structured and unstructured data, supporting data mapping, validation and the definition of business rules. 
•    Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual or file-based processes, helping shape scalable and integrated solutions. 
•    Work with developers, architects and product teams to identify dependencies, integration points and potential overlaps with existing solutions. 
•    Support end-to-end delivery, ensuring that implemented solutions remain aligned with agreed requirements and deliver sustainable business value.

The experience we're looking for

•    Experience in a technical Business Analyst, Data Business Analyst or similar role. 
•    Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience working with complex data sets, data structures and data flows. 
•    Experience in data discovery, mapping, validation and defining data and business rules. 
•    The ability to translate business needs into clear functional, data and technical requirements. 
•    Experience working with developers, data engineers, architects and business stakeholders throughout the solution delivery lifecycle. 
•    A good understanding of system integrations, APIs, data pipelines or cloud-based data solutions. 
•    Experience with Microsoft Azure and data visualization tools such as Power BI. 
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics clearly in English. 
•    Experience with FMCG data, metrics or business processes would be an advantage.
•    Experience in sustainability would be an advantage.
