About the role

Genesis Insights is our AI-powered internal product designed to revolutionize how we generate insights and create breakthrough product concepts. We're transforming the way we use consumer, category, and cultural data to fuel innovation — faster, smarter, and more collaboratively. 

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in bringing this vision to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, business strategy, and collaboration. You will partner closely with Marketing, I&A, CGO, and cross-functional teams to uncover insight opportunities, support data readiness, and facilitate the creation of impactful product concepts. 

You will act as both a strategic partner and a hands-on driver, leading stakeholder sessions, understanding real business needs, and ensuring the right data flows into our tools to generate truly valuable outcomes. 

Your responsibilities

Insight Generation & Concept Creation 

  • Partner with global business teams to understand key growth challenges, brand needs, and innovation priorities. 
  • Lead working sessions and discovery workshops with stakeholders to shape insight-led product concepts using Genesis Insights. 
  • Translate business questions into clear input formats and use cases for our AI tools to act on. 

 

Business Engagement & Facilitation 

  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders (Marketing, I&A, CGO) and the Genesis Insights product team. 
  • Facilitate alignment sessions, gather feedback, and drive adoption across regions and categories. 
  • Help internal teams articulate what “good” looks like when it comes to insights and concept storytelling. 

 

Data Discovery & Contextualization 

  • Guide the process of identifying, sourcing, and validating relevant data (e.g. consumer research, category trends, brand strategy inputs). 
  • Ensure business context is preserved and integrated into how data is structured and used within Genesis Insights. 
  • Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to align on data quality, readiness, and application. 

 

Product & Process Support 

  • Contribute to prompt creation and refinement for insight generation and concept creation. 
  • Identify recurring business needs to inform product features, templates, and workflow improvements. 
  • Support the development of training content, guidance, and onboarding experiences for business teams. 

The experience we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, marketing insights, or innovation-related roles. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment. 
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with senior stakeholders. 
  • Strong understanding of how insights and data drive product innovation and strategy. 
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills – you can turn complex input into clear, compelling output. 
  • Curious, tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to work alongside generative AI tools.
