IT&D Senior Data Visualisation Specialist

As an IT&D Senior Data Visualization Specialist, you will help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, structured and unstructured, to enable smarter decisions and better products for all our consumers and customers worldwide.

You will:

• Develop global Power BI solutions across the business functions – Corporate Finance, Sales, Category Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Research & Development and Human Resources
• Work in a team together with our Business Intelligence Analysts and UX/UI Designers to capture business requirements, identify best solution, create design, and deliver the dashboards and reports
• Use advanced techniques and 3rd party software to optimize the large-scale solutions with huge data volumes
• Explore the newest features of Power BI, including the preview ones, validate if and how they can be applied in the Reckitt environment
• Contribute to defining and implementing best practices in Reckitt, being member of the Global Business Intelligence team and Center of Excellence
• Coach and train business users and junior team members in use of Power BI and Business Intelligence
• Collaborate with data scientists and prepare compelling visualizations to identify business insights

You will succeed because You have…

• experience in BI solutions development using Power BI (nice to have SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
• Excellent programming skills in the following Languages: SQL, DAX
• Strong data visualization skills and experience in telling stories based on data
• Experience working with large datasets using various data wrangling and visualization tools, and in optimization of the solutions
• Firm grasp of Business Intelligence implementation methodologies and in-depth experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence Technology Stack, including MSSQL, Azure Analysis Services and other Azure services 
• Strong experience and understanding of the multidimensional modeling using different modelling techniques
• Hands-on experience in design, build, test, and publishing of Power BI applications to the business community
• Nice to have a good understanding of Big Data architectures and knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Hive
