About the role

The Senior Manager, Vulnerability Management & Security Infrastructure is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the end-to-end security posture of our global infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between technical vulnerability discovery and infrastructure governance, leading a team to secure everything from cloud-native containers to traditional OT environments. This is a role for a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical risks into clear business outcomes.

This role involves collaborating closely with the Security Operations, Network, IT Operations and Risk & Compliance teams, as well as business stakeholders, to ensure security risks are managed proactively without compromising operational agility.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the vulnerability management function end-to-end, encompassing strategy, governance, tooling, process development, and high-level reporting.
  • Develop and implement a risk-based methodology for discovery and prioritization, integrating Threat Intelligence and Business Impact Analysis to move beyond basic CVSS score.
  • Oversee vulnerability detection and remediation across all environments: infrastructure, cloud, containers, workstations, applications and OT.
  • Define, track, and report on high-level KPIs and KRIs to assess program maturity, remediation velocity, and overall risk reduction for executive leadership.
  • Maintain and present advanced dashboards for senior leadership, providing a transparent view of vulnerability trends, compliance status, and the organization's current risk exposure.
  • Drive continuous improvement through the automation of security workflows and the deep integration of VM tools with the broader IT and Security operations stack.
  • Own the implementation and effectiveness of global network security controls, including firewall governance, Web Application firewalls, IDS and cloud networking.
  • Assess network solutions to confirm they are actively utilized and aligned with security best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, SOC, Cloud, DevOps) to implement secure solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of security professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability across network governance and VM operations.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity, including leadership or senior role focused on vulnerability management.
  • Deep understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management, risk prioritization, exploitability and remediation workflows.
  • Proven experience overseeing the governance of firewalls, network and cloud-native security controls at scale.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner with IT, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience taking a "traditional" vulnerability management program and evolving it into a modern, automated, and risk-based function.
  • Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as CVSSv3, EPSS, OWASP, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and emerging threat models.
