Senior Technical Analyst in Cyber Resilience plays a vital role in safeguarding Reckitt’s digital assets, systems and data from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Person on this position can identify security gaps and knows how to address them. Continuous evaluation and enhancing Reckitt`s security posture are the prime responsibilities on this position.
About the role
This role reports to the Cyber Resilience Lead, supporting in maintenance, defining processes, and enhancing security policies on various security tooling. You will work closely with internal and external teams with an intention to continuously improve company cyber resilience. You will be focused on identifying potential security gaps and addressing them by using strong security background and experience.
Your responsibilities
- Support and maintain proper security configuration and policies on company security tools.
- Monitor and assess cyber resilience posture across systems and processes
- Work on designing and implementing security processes and policies.
- Perform standard and exceptional processing of user access and security tooling change requests, escalating such requests when appropriate.
- Participate with variety of stakeholders, including upper management, 3rd party providers and security tooling vendors.
- Working with technically extended environment covering Data Centre, Cloud environments of Azure, AWS, GCP, user workstations and OT environment.
The experience we're looking for
- Knowledge of information security principles, including risk assessment and management, threat and vulnerability management, incident response, and identity and access management.
- General knowledge of security controls incl. malware protection, vulnerability management, intrusion detection / prevention, proxy, gateways, network security, etc.
- Hand on experience in managing firewalls and and/or security web gateways.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and network administration/protocols.
- Technical knowledge of security-related systems and applications.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining security procedures.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills are required to communicate findings and status to stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to enable effective security gap management and problem resolution.
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with a broad range of people and roles, including vendors and IT-business partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management skills and Agile mindset is an asset on this role.
- Knowing basic concepts of Cyber Resilience.
- Proficiency in managing third-party IT service providers and offshore operations.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
