About the role

The IT & Digital Business Manager – Supply is responsible for the operational, financial, and organizational management of the IT&D function supporting Research & Development.

This role acts as the right‑hand partner to the VP IT&D for Supply and R&D, ensuring strong financial governance, workforce planning, vendor management, performance transparency, and leadership support across the Supply technology portfolio.

The role ensures that the IT&D organization supporting Supply operates with strong governance, financial discipline, and operational efficiency while enabling innovation and product development capabilities.

Your responsibilities

  • Financial & Portfolio Management
    Own financial management for the Supply IT&D portfolio, including OpEx/CapEx forecasting, investment tracking, value realization, planning cycles, cost allocation, and optimization initiatives.
  • Workforce & Capacity Management
    Lead workforce and capacity planning across internal teams and external partners, aligning demand and supply with HR, capability leads, and global IT&D leadership.
  • Vendor & Contract Governance
    Oversee vendor governance, performance, and compliance with global agreements; support sourcing, renewals, onboarding, and vendor optimization in partnership with procurement.
  • Operational Governance & Controls
    Maintain governance cadence for the Supply IT&D leadership team and ensure compliance with internal controls, risk, cybersecurity standards, and IT&D policies.
  • Executive Reporting & Performance Transparency
    Deliver executive dashboards, consolidated KPIs, and insights to ensure transparent, consistent reporting and informed strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership Support & Communication
    Act as a trusted advisor to the VP IT&D, supporting leadership forums, strategy sessions, internal communications, and alignment across Supply, IT&D, and business stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives
    Lead cross-functional initiatives, drive process improvement and automation, and support transformation programs.

The experience we're looking for

Education
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or related field
•    MBA or Finance qualification is advantageous

Experience
•    Experience in IT, Supply Chain, PMO, or Business Management roles
•    Experience supporting Supply Chain, product development is highly desirable
•    Experience working in global matrix organizations
•    Strong exposure to business planning and operational governance

Technical Skills
•    Financial planning and budgeting tools
•    Advanced Excel and reporting tools
•    Understanding of IT cost structures (applications, data platforms, licenses, vendors)
•    Familiarity with governance frameworks and portfolio management
•    Strong executive communication and presentation skills
