About the role
The Insights & Analytics (I&A) Manager will lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies. This role involves leveraging insights to drive business growth, enhance consumer engagement, and optimize marketing performance.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to support marketing objectives
- Analyze market trends, consumer & shopper behavior, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights
- Conduct independently ad hoc market research projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into marketing initiatives.
- Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- English and Polish in writing and speaking proficient level
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or OTC sector or in market research agency
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sell our data analyses (Nielsen and/or IQVIA), proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI optional)
- Knowledge about research methodologies would be an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
