About the role

The Insights & Analytics (I&A) Manager will lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies. This role involves leveraging insights to drive business growth, enhance consumer engagement, and optimize marketing performance.

Your responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to support marketing objectives
Analyze market trends, consumer & shopper behavior, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights
Conduct independently ad hoc market research projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into marketing initiatives.
Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
English and Polish in writing and speaking proficient level
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or OTC sector or in market research agency
Strong analytical skills with experience in sell our data analyses (Nielsen and/or IQVIA), proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI optional)
Knowledge about research methodologies would be an asset
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
