Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
Your responsibilities
- Act as a link between strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment and effective implementation of business initiatives.
- Drive and animate commercial activities to secure success across all elements of the marketing mix (4P: Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Support data analysis and performance tracking of implemented actions, translating insights into clear recommendations.
- Co-create and develop Point of Sale (POS) materials to strengthen in-store visibility and execution.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal.
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness of commercial initiatives across channels.
The experience we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with traditional trade clients or within a Trade Marketing department.
- Good understanding of the 4P marketing framework.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent Polish and communicative level of English (minium B2 level).
The skills for success
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience in sales strategy, negotiation, and P&L understanding.
- Solid analytical skills across sales, eCommerce, and category data, with ability to generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Trade Marketing and Field Sales, with understanding of customer, channel, and shopper dynamics.
- Effective collaboration, influencing, and consultative selling skills, supporting strong execution and operational excellence.
