Junior Customer Service Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Order entry, coordinate order notifications, invoice and credit notes issues
- Ensuring that all the orders are completed and delivered on time to customers
- Close cooperation with customers, sales, logistics, finance and other external partners on a daily basis
- Other tasks assigned by manager
- Support for Customer Service Team
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
The experience we're looking for
-
First experiences in customer services department, preferably in FMCG

Knowledge of SAP SD would be an advantage

Educated to minimum bachelors degree level

Advanced English and Polish

Knowledge of MS Office
