Fixed-term contract of 18 months
Your responsibilities
- Provide daily support for managers in the field of employee issues, labor law, internal policies and other aspects related to human resources management
- Build excellent relationships with stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, by using knowledge of HR best practices and challenge the status quo to create positive change
- Partne closely with subject matter experts: talent development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits to deliver the most effective solutions to the business
- Coordinate global HR processes in the Hub such as: pay review, annual performance bonus
- Drive data consistency for budget and forecast on personnel costs and personnel-related budget expenses, in collaboration with Finance Controlling: manage people cost and headcount tracking,
- Act as a PowerUser of Success Factors including leading system optimization projects and daily cooperation with master data shared service
- Support Global Functions: Provide HR support to hub-based global functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Assist in managing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.,
- Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance and performance management.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee engagement.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of HR best practices.
The experience we're looking for
- At least 3 years of professional HR generalist experience in an international dynamic environment, preferably in FCMG
- Strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies, as well as a strong understanding of local HR legislation
- Passion to work with people and systems
- Very good analytical skills
- Demonstrated strong communication skills and the ability to rapidly build and maintain trust
- Strong knowledge of the HR systems, Excel, PowerPoint
- Enthusiasm, openness, communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to react quickly in an ambiguous environment
- Fluent English
- Working across a few markets or international experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Success Factors will be an advantage
