Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
 

Your responsibilities

  • Ongoing business development, defining new building blocks and executing them into commercial phase
  • Building long-term relationships with key company clients based on joint business plan
  • Trade terms and contract negotiations
  • Strategy management and execution of customer promotion
  • Co-creating and implementing projects and proposing solutions that increase the sales effectiveness
  • Research and analysis of the effectiveness of sales activities
  • Participation in planning and sales goals implementation
  • Support and implementation of recommendations for account development

The experience we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience as Key Account Specialist/Junior KAM
  • Experience in working in an international business and have first experiences in P&L responsibility
  • Negotiation skills & previous experience in negotiating will be an asset
  • Highly agile person who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Creative business solution approach
  • Ability to cooperate in a team and good organization of own work
  • Fluent language skills in both Polish and English (speaking and writing)
