Your responsibilities
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and innovative ways to drive growth across different product lines.
- Developing and implementing revenue growth strategies in line with the company's overall goals and market conditions.
- Developing and overseeing pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Monitoring pricing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed based on market feedback and performance metrics.
- Creating and refreshing Ecosystem of the reports presenting 360 view of all Sales KPIs including, Sell-outs Sell-ins from distributors, stocks, Sales execution and others.
- Driving user adoption of the new tools and reports by focusing on UX and Data Availability.
- Working closely with IT&D to optimize data sharing and loading process.
- Being the main contact with market research agencies (especially Nielsen/IQVIA and Sesta/Focus) from the Reckitt side.
- Establishing KPIs and monitor performance against revenue growth targets.
- Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align on growth objectives and initiatives.
- Supporting the development and execution of promotional activities aimed at driving revenue growth.
- Managing and optimize the product portfolio to ensure alignment with market demands and profitability goals.
- Leading new product development initiatives from a revenue growth perspective.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a revenue growth, sales analytics, or similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various functions.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Power BI or any other Analitical tools.
- Entrepreneurial attitude.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
