About the role
Dive into the heart of commerce as our new Junior Trade Marketing Manager at Reckitt, where you'll take the lead in creating impactful strategies that boost our sales and market presence. With you on our team, our leading brands will shine in stores, engaging our customers and driving demand. Your expertise with the 4Ps will carve out innovative paths for our category strategies, embodying the brand vision within marketplaces. This is your chance to shape market trends, become a brand envoy in our partner stores, and set the stage for others to bring your strategies to life.
Your responsibilities
- Leading the 4P strategy of one of the Brand's segments & being the main Trade Marketing business partner to one of the Channels, while also providing operational support to a Trade Marketing Manager on total Brand across all channels.
- Monitoring category and brand performance through monthly analysis of sell-in and sell-out data.
- Building category-specific strategies, using the 4Ps to drive sales & healthy P&L structure and improve our market position.
- Transforming brand strategy into action plans that excite our customers and integrate seamlessly with their shopping environments.
- Fueling strategies with deep market insights, keeping abreast of trends and competitor movements.
- Directing the annual range review and 4P planning process, creating success models that the Sales team can deliver.
- Leading new product initiatives implementation across channels & customers, ensuring the marketplace feels our presence and grasps the value we offer.
- Performing financial modelling to support strategic decisions.
- Driving operational excellence, with focus on POSM development & implementation, Embellishment process support and Trade Marketing budget control.
- Building & executing support plan to drive in-store visibility across all customers with coherent communication and tailor-made activations.
- Turning ideas into actions in collaboration with Sales, Brand Marketing, Finance, Supply & other functions.
The experience we're looking for
- Min. 2 years of total experience in FMCG, incl. min. 1 years in trade/ shopper/ customer marketing role).
- Background in sales or marketing with a proven track record of crafting compelling customer marketing actions.
- Sharp commercial instinct and an understanding of shopper, consumer & category behavior and the Customer Management Process.
- Financial acumen - understanding of brand & customer P&L.
- Ability to analyze various data sources with ease, converting them into measurable and actionable plans.
- Effective communication skills that influence decision-making – regarding both external & internal stakeholders (customers & cross-functional teams).
- Collaborative spirit & ownership.
- Proficiency in using Syndicated Data (e.g. Nielsen) and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant category management software.
- Fluency in Polish and business English
