About the role

This is a role dedicated to the Strepsils and Gaviscon brands. Experience with  The Junior Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for trade marketing activities across the different channels, in line with the overall Trade Marketing strategy. Having customer satisfaction as main priority, Junior Trade Marketing Manager is also the contact point for marketing team, as well as sales teams to ensure achievement of sales and budget objectives.

Your responsibilities

· Drive Trade Marketing Strategy; Act as a liaison between brand and sales team including the coordination and alignment of marketing activation with sales promotions to ensure a cohesive and complete customer program.

Develop & maintain structure & tools for long-term sales business initiatives

· Market Analysis: Conduct market research & analytics and work closely with business development team and trade marketing managers to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform trade marketing decisions.

· Drive 4P & Local Success Model: Execute 4P marketing drivers (product, price, place, promotion), including close cooperation with revenue growth team, also drive visibility via in-store displays, product sampling, and point-of- sale materials to drive product visibility.

· Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to develop tailored strategies for specific retailers and channels; 1. Support in every day discussions and tools to deliver sales results, 2. Plan and implement innovation launches, 3. Support customer engagement via retailer meetings/workshops, 4. Identify & actively share best practice and ideas, 5. Take part in inter- company internal meetings (sales conferences, planning milestones, customer reviews, sales briefings, etc.

· Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, using metrics to assess performance and make data-driven adjustments.

· Working with multiple stakeholders: to maintain local & global reporting suites, liaise with Trade Marketing Managers to ensure deadlines are met on key business visibility priorities, support the Trade Marketing Managers on ad-hoc analysis.

The experience we're looking for

 

• University Degree preferably in Business, Marketing

• Professional experience in a similar role

• Very good knowledge of English and Polish

• Good knowledge of trade marketing, sales & marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical and or FMCG industry

• Curious mind and analytical skills: can work with complex data from a variety of sources and be able to identify opportunities & risks

• High influencing skills: Entrepreneurial spirit that influences others to implement key business initiatives

• Collaboration & communication skills: Passion for building and maintaining relationships as well as good communication skills to work effectively with with various stakeholders at all levels of seniority

• Action oriented: possess strong bias for action, ability to break down barriers and facilitate cross functional collaboration
