Leadership & Events Coordinator
You`ll
Own executive support for Leaders:
- Provide travel planning and expense management support to Commercial and Global Hub Leadership Team members.
- Support scheduling and coordination of leadership offsites for both teams.
Lead leadership engagement & global visits:
- Provide end-to-end support for executive visits, including logistics, agendas, and on-site execution.
- Coordinate co-located leadership events such as local townhalls.
- Partner with the Executive & Engagement Partner where relevant to ensure alignment with global visit standards.
- Provide additional support for other global executive visits when capacity allows, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
Create and Deliver engagement activities & local events:
- End-to-end coordination of co-located engagement events
- Organization of key local function-led events, such as the Sales Conference, ensuring professional delivery and strong stakeholder experience.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for leaders on event-related matters.
Lead operational excellence via:
- Maintain strong relationships with leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of events.
- Track event and visit outcomes, ensuring follow-up actions are captured and completed.
- Ensure all activities align with organizational standards and support a consistent employee experience.
- Continuously improve processes for executive support and visit coordination, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and impact.
- Ensure alignment with organizational standards, policies, and global best practices.
- Provide additional support for local events and other senior leaders, when capacity allows, ensuring high-quality delivery across the organization.

- Experience in event coordination, travel planning, or administrative support, ideally in a corporate or global environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at different levels.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage logistics end-to-end.
- Strong team player, able to work closely with leadership PAs and colleagues across functions.
- Proficiency in English is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Outlook).
