About the role

As IT&D Digital Workplace manager at Reckitt Essential Home, you will use your expertise in workplace technologies, skills in vendor management and experience in End User Computing services to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of solutions that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement for Essential Home.

 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, pragmatic, loves a challenge, holds a good knowledge of Workplace technology such as Windows, Endpoint Management, O365, Meeting Room Technology, Enterprise Mobility solutions and have proven experience in project and service management in the outsourced IT environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Define a long-term strategic roadmap for Digital Workplace technology.
  • Developing a sound understanding of existing relevant technology, end user devices (PCs, peripheral, mobile devices), vendors, systems and processes, their strengths and limitations, providing practical solutions on how they may be improved and develop.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams of architects, SMEs, vendors, and other parties to understand and develop solutions. Working closely with Cyber, Legal and Privacy teams to ensure compliance is maintained.
  • Participating in the evaluation and/or selection of configurations, solutions or products, including, vendor and product evaluations.
  • Create, review and/or approve design, changes, request in this technical domain.
  • Manage subscriptions ensuring costs are optimised within Reckitt’s Enterprise Agreement.
  • Accountable for the Digital Workplace services and availability, deliver ongoing support and maintenance of the Product thorough a partner-led outsourced team. Establish service KPIs/SLA, ensure co-investment, high quality service, while staying cost-effective, following ITIL framework.
  • Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for Digital Workplace initiatives.

The experience we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace relevant Technology.
  • Have a good understanding of Digital Workplace technology such as Windows, Autopilot, Endpoint management, O365, collaboration platforms, Meeting Room Technologies, Enterprise mobility solutions – MS Endpoint/MS Azure/MS Teams administrator certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in building, leading and governance of remote and outsourced IT services
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project/Product management in multicultural organization– PMP, Prince2, SAFe certification is a plus.
  • Familiar with IT Service Management platforms and know how to apply ITIL framework to Digital Workplace – ServiceNow experience, ITIL4 certification is plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
