About the role
A Marketing Assistant provides crucial support to the marketing team. Their responsibilities include coordinating consumer activations, assisting in market research and exploring future territories for company growth, managing owned media & social media presence, and contributing to the development of marketing materials. They play a key role in executing marketing campaigns and ensuring smooth communication within the team to enhance the overall effectiveness of product promotions.
Your responsibilities
- Contributing to the development of Reckitt brands in Poland
- Contributing to development of 4P strategy and proposing priorities for total market / channels level
- Conducting market analysis based on various data sources (Nielsen, IMS, Pex, etc.)
- Creating marketing materials and content for brands owned media and other marketing platforms.
- Prepare and deliver market data presentations, including undertaking competitor research and analyses
- Cocreate market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
- Exploring data to identify future growth opportunities for the company.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
The experience we're looking for
- Professional experience in brand marketing management preferably
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a marketing, management, or related field)
- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze market trends, consumer data, and campaign performance to make data driven decisions
- Communication skills – written and verbal communication skills to create compelling marketing materials and presentations with ability to clearly present the outcome
- Entrepreneurship and initiative taking
- Project management – capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and work efficiently.
- Team collaboration – Effective collaboration with sales, finance, regulatory and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
