About the role
The role involves managing multiple projects on specific brands, mostly concerning new products development from initiation (product definition) through to first delivery. The individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of all steps leading to successful product launch. It is necessary to stay in close cooperation with cross-functional teams including factory representatives. The individual will be responsible for presenting projects’ updates to the management team and maintain project tracker with all the details. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for portfolio check-ups to make sure all products are properly marked in the system and stop being sold after they stop benefiting the company.
Your responsibilities
· Participate in marketing planning sessions
· Support preparation for new launches presentations from supply perspective
· Run feasibility checks for new initiatives
· Ensure keeping the process steps & using established templates
· Build CPS for GATE 1 meeting
· Track Fast SKU & Quality One records for all new SKUs & act if any delays vs CPS
· Keep track on the projects’ timelines to ensure implementation on time
· Lead commercial project meetings on brand level
· Lead communication with the factories in the execution phase
· Update local leadership teams on the projects’ status during Decision Meetings
· Lead & track delisting progress on SKU level
· Cooperate with regional team & share best practices
· Lead process workshops & updates for commercial team members, prepare intro for newcomers
· Lead portfolio review process & decomplexity meetings
The experience we're looking for
· At least 3 years experience in supply or project management positions.
· University/college degree in project management, or logistics.
· Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
· Analytical skills.
· Very good command of English.
· Attention to detail, precision.
· Microsoft Project experience will be an advantage.
