Marketing

With extensive media and digital teams embedded throughout the organisation, we measure both our business and our societal impact. Our global teams lead on our overarching brand strategy, brand guardianship and innovation pipeline in close partnership with R&D. Leaving our local marketing teams to deliver on our regional goals in partnership with our Sales teams.
Your responsibilities
- Timely delivery for all local artwork creation and approval activities in the dedicated artwork management system; Includes creation of project plans and timelines, costing approval, deliverable assignments, status tracking, escalations.
- Overseeing internal creation of project briefs with on time input of internal stakeholders, teams of: Brand Marketing Team, Regulatory, Legal, Pack Tech at Factories.
- Attending project meetings and communicating with GLARAs counterparts (Global Lead Artwork and Repro Agency) and acting as a proxy for manufacturing sites or internal functions without direct access to the artwork management system.
- Managing daily work, resolution of technical and Studio queries to meet project milestones in progress according to business priorities.
- Offers recommendations and business case for procedural and service improvements and enhancements; supports implementation of process improvements.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines, resources, and deliverables for product launches.
- Acting as the central point of contact between departments, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and resolution of any issues that may impact launch success.
- Oversee readiness checklists, risk assessments, and contingency planning for EPD/NPD launches.
The experience we're looking for
- 1+ year business experience
- Fluent English and Polish in speaking and writing
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage change with a clear perspective of end goals
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable and responsive
- Team player, proactive with positive “can do” attitude
- Excellent communicator
