​Marketing​

The Project Coordinator is member of Marketing Operations Team (set up within Marketing Team) and is primarily responsible for supporting the Team in performing daily, operational work. Additionally, this person is assigned to deliver the LER HUB changes portfolio project.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting Marketing Operations Team daily in operational work, being responsible for placing purchase orders, invoices matching, setting up vendors, other tools​
  • Supporting Marketing Project & Artwork Coordinators to deliver on time required info behind launches of new products​
  • Leading x-brand projects such as development of product catalogue or promotional materials , PO Tool​
  • Delivering ad hoc requests coming from direct supervisor (Marketing Operations Manger)  ​
  • Deliver the LER HUB changes portfolio project.​
  •  Leading the project within indicated Brand ( be the pov with agency, open tasks within Brandworks, leading the processes, be responsible for deliver Artworks)

The experience we're looking for

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) ​
  • Fluent Polish & very good English ​
  • High attention to detail ​
  • Analytical skills ​
  • Organizational skills ​
  • Written and verbal communication skills ​
  • Ability to work independently
