About the role
As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will lead all Revenue Growth Management (RGM) pillars across a defined area of the Reckitt business, driving commercial performance through pricing excellence, profitability management, and revenue optimization initiatives.
This role serves as a key link between Sales, Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and other business functions, ensuring commercial decisions are supported by robust analysis and aligned with the company's growth ambitions.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a strategic commercial mindset to identify opportunities for sustainable growth, improve margins, and enhance overall business performance. Acting as a trusted business partner to commercial leaders, the Revenue Growth Manager will support decision-making through actionable insights, financial modeling, and data-driven recommendations.
Your responsibilities
- Own and coordinate Revenue Growth Management initiatives aimed at strengthening commercial performance and profitability across assigned Categories and/or Channels.
- Lead initiatives across key RGM pillars, including pricing, promotional effectiveness, portfolio optimization, mix management, and trade investment management.
- Lead annual customer pricing review and price increase processes, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and effective implementation.
- Develop pricing frameworks, guidelines, and recommendations that support both revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Evaluate the profitability of customers, product portfolios, channels, and promotional activities to identify optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Sales teams to develop growth plans and support the execution of commercial strategies.
- Assess market dynamics, customer trends, competitive activity, and business performance to uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Provide commercial and financial insights to support strategic decision-making, business planning, and long-term growth strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to optimize promotional investments, assortment architecture, and pricing strategies.
- Support customer negotiations and Joint Business Planning processes through business analysis, scenario modeling, and financial recommendations.
- Design and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools that improve commercial visibility and support rapid, data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and report key revenue, pricing, margin, and profitability KPIs, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects focused on increasing commercial effectiveness and enhancing Revenue Growth Management capabilities.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a trusted business partner to Sales Directors, Sales Leaders, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Finance teams.
The experience we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience within Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, Key Account Management, or a similar commercial function, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Revenue Growth Management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering initiatives that improved revenue, profitability, pricing effectiveness, or commercial execution.
- Experience partnering closely with customer-facing and commercial teams in a business partnering capacity.
- Solid understanding of pricing strategy, profitability analysis, commercial planning, and Revenue Growth Management principles.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or similar analytics and visualization tools.
- Experience utilizing external syndicated data sources (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana/IRI, Kantar, GfK) to support commercial decision-making.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into practical commercial actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership teams.
- Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Fluent Polish and English at minimum B2 level is a must.
