About the role

As a Regional Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth product flow to customers across the region. Working from the central planning hub, you will support the market supply agenda, maintain inventory and cost targets, and proactively manage risks to avoid disruptions. Your focus will be on streamlining end-to-end planning processes and keeping commercial teams informed about supply risks while engaging relevant stakeholders when needed. 

Your responsibilities

  • Supply Planning & Coordination
    • Monitor regional demand and inventory levels; ensure alignment with global supply plans.
    • Coordinate replenishment orders and transfers between plants, warehouses, and distribution centers.
    • Validate supply plans against capacity and lead times; escalate constraints proactively. 
  • Exception Management
    • Identify and resolve supply disruptions, shortages, or excess inventory.
    • Maintain and update exception reports; propose corrective actions and communicate to stakeholders.
    • Feed market-specific constraints into the regional Sales & Operations Execution agenda driven by Connected Planning. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Act as the primary contact for regional market demand planning teams, logistics, customer service, and Connected Planning.
    • Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by providing accurate data and insights. 
  • Data & Reporting
    • Prepare weekly/monthly supply performance reports (e.g., service level, inventory health).
    • Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems and supply dashboards (Kinaxis, Power BI). 
  • Continuous Improvement 
    • Identify opportunities to streamline supply processes and reduce manual workload.
    • Propose and lead automation initiatives and digital tool implementation. 

The experience we're looking for

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Demand, Supply, S&OP) and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and the ability to present findings clearly.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Power Automate and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP and planning tools (SAP ECC/APO, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, JDA).
  • 1–2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, order fulfillment, or related areas.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, min. B2 level
