About the role

The ERP transformation programme is deploying global standard operating procedures supported by an ERP System (SAP) globally to Reckitt’s commercial offices and factories across Finance, Sales, Supply and Manufacturing functions.

The SAP Adoption OCM lead role is part of the central ERP Organisational Change Management Team who are responsible for coaching the deployment markets/sites through their change journey and sustaining this through BAU to ensure the market/sites maximise system adoption and look at ways to continuously improve processes and ways of working. 

 

The SAP Adoption OCM lead is responsible for working with the Head of OCM and Director of Adoption and CI to define & manage an OCM adoption strategy and maintain a level of change management focus and organisation within the ACI organisation. They will understand and deliver change management best practices that target SAP Super User engagement across Reckitt.  

 

For the BAU Community they are responsible for overseeing the execution of the SAP Comms, engagement and training approach, coaching and upskilling the local SU resources. Occasional travel to site may be required to onboard new local Super Users and to ensure continued engagement. 

The ERP transformation programme is one of the largest at Reckitt, heavily focused on value extraction for the company. This role therefore provides an excellent learning opportunity for the right candidate as well as open doors with regards to career progression within change management, training, communications, PMO, business process analysis and various other more technical roles.

Your responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of OCM and Director of Adoption and Continuous improvement to define and drive the execution of a BAU Change Management strategy through the Adoption organisation.
  • Facilitate Super User training courses.
  • Develop Super User Network site and facilitate content generation.  
  • Generate Communication / Newsletters for the End User and Super User community.
  • Ensure the SAP training environments are operating as designed and available during the required periods, along with log on credentials for trainees, and escalate any issues for resolution to ensure the learning environments are fit for purpose.
  • Conduct regular surveys and make recommended improvements within area of expertise to ensure high quality learning & engagement experience for SAP users.
  • Support initiatives around changes in training approach and work with the SAP Training team on the retrofit training approach for live SAP markets.
  • Look at opportunities for use of AI or automation technologies for simplifying and optimising End User and Super User experience.
  • Work with wider IT&D Organisation on topics of Adoption and OCM
  • Define opportunities to align ways of working across all streams in Finance, ERP and Legal in area of OCM and support delivery of common approach across all areas of Service Transition for Finance, ERP and Legal function.

The experience we're looking for

  • Knowledge of Change Management methodologies
  • Experience of delivery of change management activities whether in Change readiness, Communications & Engagement or Training
  • Experience in the planning and management of training programmes.
  • Excellent English language skills both verbal and written.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of PowerBI platform (BI / Automate / Apps)
  • Ability to plan for and manage multiple competing demands and priorities.
  • Experience of full lifecycles of SAP implementation would be an advantage.
