About the role

Reckitt is searching for an SAP Business Process Owner like you; an innovative thinker armed with SAP expertise, ready to redefine efficiency in our finance processes. This is a strategic and challenging role designing & deploying optimized Manufacturing Planning business processes and technologically driven solutions in SAP systems. 

 

The role also involves working alongside Global Process Owners, Super Users, Site Management, Site End Users, other BPO’s, SAP Business Analysts & Solution Architects to enable successful continuous improvements and support to the deployments.

 

Person joining this function will support country/factory project teams with functional expertise in Manufacturing Planning processes, by leading or supporting in fit gap, development, testing, organizational readiness, change management, go live and hyper care - enabling a clear and error proof deployment.

Your responsibilities

  • Define & deploy global E2E Manufacturing Planning processes to both SAP and JDE factories.
  • Compile and maintain respective Template Process documentation.
  • Review, challenge and process change requests for approval as required.
  • Lead Process Governance Meetings and attend Change Control meetings.
  • Review local process variations to standard model in alignment with principles defined by the Global Process Owners.
  • Minimize the number of ‘local’ process exceptions or deviations from the Global Template.
  • Support change management or business readiness activities triggered from any planning initiatives.
  • Lead/drive appropriate continuous improvements in process area.
  • Write, review and sign off process documentation & SOP’s including country localizations.
  • Ensure early identification of country variances to standard processes.
  • Work with country/factory teams to drive the implementation of pre-requisites and alignment to operating model.
  • Compile/maintain the Global Template Documentation.

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a Planning function in a complex, matrix organization with a global scope (ideally, 10+ years manufacturing/factory planning experience).
  • Similar FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a Business Process Owner role an advantage, but not essential.
  • Demonstrable knowledge, experience and understanding of End-to-End Planning, with specific strength in Manufacturing/Factory Planning, knowledge in other process areas where there are touchpoints with Planning like Procurement, Production, Warehousing etc. an advantage.
  • Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to deal with and manage conflict.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multi-layered project/s with inter-dependencies.
  • Project Management experience an advantage, 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of SAP (User Level), S4 HANA and Rapid Response is a distinct advantage.
