About the role

Reckitt is searching for an SAP Business Process Owner like you; an innovative thinker armed with SAP expertise, ready to redefine efficiency in finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM. Your responsibilities
- Structure, present and facilitate fit & change workshops to identify site/country variances to the global template operating model
- Ensure financial and operational controls are in place and embedded within the process.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance aspects are in place and embedded within the process.
- To document and maintain the Key Design Principle in functional area for the Template and Standard Processes.
- To compile and maintain respective Template Process documentation
- Lead process governance meetings (PODs), and attend Change Control meetings
- Review local process variations to standard model in alignment with principles defined by the Global
- Process Owners (GPO) or Functional Leaders, where applicable
- Write, review and sign off process documentation & SOP’s including country localisations
- To compile or maintain the Global Template Documentation to keep accurate and current.
The experience we're looking for
- Knowledge of SAP (User Level) – SAP WM & LE modules, an advantage
- Ideally, experience of working in a Warehouse & Logistics function in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope.
- Ideally you'll come from an FMCG background.
- Previous experience in a Business Process Owner role an advantage, but not essential.
- Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End to End Warehouse & Logistics processes,
- Knowledge in other processes areas where there are touchpoints like with Planning, Procurement, Production, Finance, Quality, etc.
- Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrable ability to manage multi-layered project/s with inter-dependencies
- Project Management experience an advantage, 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential.
