About the role

Reckitt is searching for an SAP Business Process Owner like you; an innovative thinker armed with SAP expertise, ready to redefine efficiency in finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM. Your responsibilities

Facilitate Workshops and Maintain Documentation

  • Organize fit & change workshops to identify site/country variances.
  • Document and maintain key design principles and standard processes.
  • Compile and update template process documentation.

Ensure Compliance and Controls

  • Embed financial and operational controls within processes.
  • Ensure regulatory and compliance aspects are adhered to.

Manage Change Requests and Process Governance

  • Review, challenge, and process change requests.
  • Lead process governance meetings and attend change control meetings.

Drive Standardization and Minimize Variances

  • Review local process variations in alignment with global principles.
  • Minimize local process deviations from the global template.

Support Change Management and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead business readiness and change management activities.
  • Provide process expertise and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The experience we're looking for

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Ideally, experience of working in a Plant Maintenance / Maintenance Management function in a complex, matrix organisation with a global scope. (10+ years Maintenance hands-on experience). Similar FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a Business Process Owner role an advantage, but not essential.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End to End Maintenance processes.
  • Knowledge in other processes where there are touchpoint areas like with Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, Finance, Quality, Production, etc an advantage.
  • Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audience/s through superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multi-layered project/s with inter-dependencies.
  • Project Mgmt experience an advantage, 6 Sigma qualifications desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of SAP (User Level) SAP PM, an advantage. Knowledge/use of Computerised.
  • Maintenance Management Systems an advantage.
